Grade 3 Orientation - August 31 10-11am (registration required)

Dear DWE Grade 3 Families,

We are excited to welcome Grade 3 children registered with us for the 2026/2027 school year! We will be offering an optional orientation on Monday, August 31st.

Orientation information below as per the June 24th message sent home via BCE. We have extended our deadline to sign up for the orientation until 2:30pm Friday, August 28th.

Grade 3 Orientation:

Dear Parent(s) / Guardian(s) of students entering Grade 3 at DWE:

We hope your family is having a wonderful June!  In anticipation of warmly welcoming our new Grade 3s this September, we are offering an optional drop-off orientation event for our new Grade 3 students on Monday, August 31^st from 10am until 11am. 

Please RSVP at the link below if your child will be attending this one-hour orientation with some of our staff members this summer. If attending, we will meet your children at our gym (from the exterior gym doors nearest the staff parking lot and the playground).  Please arrive for check-in by 9:55am.  Please pick up your child promptly at 11:00am.  Please send your child with a small pocket snack (like a nut-free granola bar) and a water bottle.  More information is provided at the RSVP link.
